The Biden White House’s Special Assistant to the President for Criminal Justice is a former fellow at George Soros’s Open Society Foundations.
The hire follows a Soros-funded push to put far-left District Attorneys in power across the country, resulting in “fired scores of experienced prosecutors and, as promised, stopped prosecuting low-level quality-of-life crimes such as disorderly conduct, vagrancy and loitering.”
In addition to helping criminal illegal aliens avoid deportation, Soros-backed personnel also dismissed looting and rioting charges against hundreds of Black Lives Matter and Antifa activists.
This radical approach to criminal justice has now found itself in the Biden White House through Chiraag Bains – a Special Assistant to the President for Criminal Justice at the Domestic Policy Council.

Bains was a Leadership in Government Fellow at Soros’s Open Society Foundations from 2017 to 2018.
“My work involves research, writing, and speaking about criminal justice reform strategies that respect individual rights, build trust between communities and law enforcement, and enhance public safety. I have a particular focus on police accountability for excessive force and racial discrimination,” he describes.
